What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal information Royal Stream IPTV Canada (also known as Royal IPTV), a Canadian IPTV provider of premium IPTV subscriptions, collects when you visit this website or contact us about a subscription, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Accountability

Royal Stream IPTV is responsible for the personal information it holds. Questions about this policy or about your information can be sent to our support team, who will pass them to the person responsible for privacy.

Information we collect

This website has no customer accounts, so it does not ask you to create a profile. When you message us on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email, we receive what you choose to send: usually a name or handle, the phone number or address you contact us from, the premium IPTV plan you want, and device details you share so we can help with setup.

We never ask for full card numbers in a chat message, and you should not send them.

Why we collect it, and consent

We use your information only to process your order, activate and support your subscription, answer your questions, and keep a record of the purchase for billing or refund queries. By contacting us you consent to that use. We will ask again before using your information for any other purpose.

Limiting use and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. The messaging platforms you choose to contact us on process your messages under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Retention

We keep support conversations and order records only for as long as they are needed to support you and to handle billing questions, and then delete them.

Safeguards

Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to deliver and support the service, and it is protected with reasonable security measures appropriate to its sensitivity.

Your rights under PIPEDA

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent and ask us to delete it. Contact us through any support channel. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
