Setting Up Royal Stream IPTV Canada on iPhone & iPad

Setup Steps

Open the App Store, search for the player our support team recommends for iPhone and iPad, and install it.

Allow local network access if prompted
iOS may ask whether the app can find devices on your local network. Allow it if you want to AirPlay or cast to a TV; it isn't needed to watch on the phone itself.

Choose a channel or film. On iPad, split view lets you follow a game while you browse; on iPhone, picture-in-picture keeps it playing when you leave the app.
Troubleshooting
Playback stops when I lock the phone
Start picture-in-picture before locking, or check that Background App Refresh is on for the player.
Using too much mobile data
Choose a lower quality in the player when you're away from Wi-Fi — live HD video uses a lot of data on a Canadian mobile plan.
No sound
Check the volume, whether audio is going to Bluetooth headphones, and the app's audio track setting.
AirPlay to the TV is choppy
Put the iPhone and Apple TV on the same Wi-Fi band, or install the player directly on the TV instead.
